Reservations are processed

The process of making a booking consists of two phases:

1st – booking request:

Filling out the form that you will find on the availability page will send an email to our administration with your booking request (it is essential that all details are filled).

Once in our possession, your request will be processed and the customer will receive an e-mail directing him a:

2 – confirmation of the reservation:

With mail received by the client, will guide you to the confirmation page of the reservation where the rest of the data necessary for such confirmation must be filled (it is essential that all data is filled if as having confirmed the reading of the "privacy policy" and "Conditions of booking and cancellation").

Once received by our Administration this second email is confirmed the reservation which communicate to him at the same time via email.
